Therapeutic arts facilitator · Painter · Muralist
Healing, expressed in color.
I help people heal and grow through art — facilitating creative sessions in mental health facilities, rehabs and recovery programs, with a focus on personal growth, emotional expression and recovery support. I also share my own work as originals, prints and murals.

For facility directors & program leaders
Why bring art into your program
Research on arts-based programs links creative expression with lower stress, calmer behavior and stronger engagement in treatment. My workshops put that to work for your residents, clients and staff.
Regulates the nervous system
Focused, hands-on art making helps the body settle and lowers stress responses.
Reduces anger & aggression
Art gives intense feelings a safe outlet, so they come out on paper — not on people.
Eases anxiety
Creative focus quiets racing thoughts and builds a calming skill clients can repeat.
Supports violence reduction
Arts programs in correctional settings are associated with fewer incidents and better conduct.
What participants walk away with

- ●Connection and trust within the group
